Kerol began her trek as a “Master Talent Agent” at a very young age when she entered the arena of competitive sports. Kerol’s athletic prowess was recognized and rewarded by receiving three athletic scholarships to Clark Atlanta University, and serving as a top INROADS Atlanta “Intern of the Year” winner twice. It was her eye in sports and a “Find a way or make one” spirit that helped her drive successful results in business and community leadership.

The best professional story told regarding Kerol’s dedication to find the “Best Fit” candidate is where she placed a client that nobody else believed in. She has been rewarded for finding a “Diamond in the Rough”, in the sales culture that are now “top producers” in Georgia serving on the President’s Council, and redirecting a denial into Georgia Tech to full-time admittance and first award TCG academic scholarship.
She also take joy and pride in introducing candidates and people in general to opportunities that they may have otherwise been introduced too! EXPOSURE is Key”, is her motto, and it has been the key to her success!

Whether she’s placing potential employees to companies, athletes to coaches, students to scholarships, her approach to the situation is like no other! Being recognized for successfully onboarding 31 interns within 45 days or as a “Top Recruiter” within the world of Insurance was nice and very memorable. But her greatest accomplishments have come since the inception of TCG!
This is where she has served on various steering teams to implement in-house recruitment centers, built and bridged strategic relationships with major corporations like Tyson Foods, Federated Systems Groups, ITT Technical Institutes and other companies! All in an effort to expose, involve & engage an opportunity to pour back into the lives of our youth through providing opportunities that are not easily seen!
