Founded by Kerol McLeod, Talent Connection Group brings together years of experience in recruiting, talent development, relationship management, career pathways, and strategic partnerships to help people and organizations find the right fit.

Kerol's journey began through competitive athletics, where she developed an early understanding of discipline, competition, performance, and the importance of recognizing potential. Her athletic accomplishments led to three athletic scholarships to Clark Atlanta University, followed by recognition as an INROADS Atlanta “Intern of the Year” twice.

That same ability to recognize potential became the foundation of her career in talent.

Over the years, Kerol has built a reputation for identifying talent that others may overlook, creating relationships between organizations and professionals, and opening doors to opportunities that may otherwise remain unseen.
